We apologize for any inconvenience you are currently experiencing related to ID Verification (IDV) services. We are currently seeing issues with ID Verification being provided by a major credit bureau. The credit bureau and our RouteOne internal teams are diligently working to restore service to normal expectations. This Incident will be updated when more information is available, or the issue has been mitigated.
